Some of these have a limit of 1 outside account to ACH in/out. Which ones have an unlimited or high limit number of outside institutions to link in/out?

I can tell you from personal experience, PBI Bank (Formerly know as Ascencia) doesn't have a limiit on ACH linking (in or out)

I presently have 23 bank accounts, all of which are hooked up to my accounts with HSBC, Apple, and BOA.

Paypal allows up to 8 for a personal account and up to 8 for a premier or business account, you can have both at the same time.
